Clauses on the payment of monthly fees for the management of a loan account by the bank are invalid

A clause on the payment of a monthly fee for the management of a loan account in the general terms and conditions of a bank is invalid. Insofar as the treatment of account management fees is also regulated in individual provisions of the price regulation law, nothing else follows from this.
