The transport of people or industrial goods can take place by land, air or sea. The liability of those involved in the transport chain must be secured within the usually short limitation and exclusion periods. Experts and insurance companies must be commissioned in good time in order to submit claims to the right places. Concessions, contract designs, consignment notes and transport documents must be put in the right form in order to be adequately protected against risks in terms of liability, insurance and customs in national and international transport. International transport law is based on cross-border legal regulations and intergovernmental agreements. We see ourselves as a competent contact for all problem constellations that arise here.
